HY-C Liberty Foundry 27" Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Fireplace Grate with 2" Clearance

Liberty Foundry grates are constructed of heavy-duty cast iron which stands up to the hottest of fires. By comparison, imitation cast iron grates minimize the weight of the iron where it’s needed most delivering a counterfeit-casting that buckles under heat. Our grates are designed with long-term durability in mind equipping you with long-term performance. You’ll feel the difference of a Liberty Foundry grate right out of the box! Cast as a one piece, heavy-duty, flat bottom basket-style fireplace grate, our Franklin G27-BX model is forged with a narrow depth for use in a small fireplace or Franklin Stove. The G27-BX measures 27” (front) x 21” (back) x 13” (depth) with a 2” cast-on leg clearance. Providing versatility for homeowners, this model is also available with a 4” cast-on leg clearance for use with a log lighter, or for additionally needed floor clearance.
